What locations do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping to Australia, UK, USA, Japan and Canada only.

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible. We ship from Canberra, Australia using Australian Post which normally takes 2 to 5 days business days to arrive to your place depending on your location. For all international orders it will take 6 to 8 business days.

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we ship your order. You can simply check your emails for tracking numbers. All our orders are shipped via Australian Post. So you can simply go to Australian post website to track your orders or download the Australian Post app and track your order from the app.
